Samantha Sonnett is a retired NYPD Counterterrorism/CBRNe Unit officer with more than twenty years of service, a current DHS contractor delivering CBRN and WMD training to first responders and DoD personnel nationwide, and a global security consultant.

 

A peer-reviewed author and master’s degree candidate at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, she is the founder of Sonnett House Publishing.

 

The Protectorate: A Phoenix Rises is her debut novel - the first in a 3 book series.

 

She currently lives in New Jersey with her wife, her ornery cat, and two dogs, Max and Millie.
